blackberry z10 password block with autoloader - GSM-Forum

i have a blackberry z10 with logo hang..i am trying with autoload stl100-1.my problem is block password.everytime i enter password but phone doesnot reduce password tries and remian same with 10 tries.need help for this issue plz.
