blackberry z10 red blink only..

any one who encounter this problem...

for the z10

its" invalid persistent data cookie" then goes to red blink only

Me too, have the same problem with some Z10

Autouploader file will help and check ur z10 weather is 001 002 003 and download excately no.full flashing.will tke place... sorry for my bad English

first restart,then i flash autoload only half auto close
now my phone is only redblink
tell me what should i do?

Hi guys
Try to wipe with z10 cfp tools , then update with bb link and auto loder . If same maybe hardware failure

Then run wipe and connect your phone , wait for done .After use bb link or autoloader

i tried to wipe and run autoloader with the 4 versions that can be download in their website but still no luck.my problem is that my z10 has ah playbook os ,then i tried to flash it using stl 100-1 but it goes to red blink only.tried also bb link but it says there is no available os to upgrade.please help

But not done , So check hardware !

but the only problem of mine is that it became a playbook os. is it possible to break its hardware by just flashing it to autoloader?one more thing, theres no model number written on the back of this model,but its perfectly like z10 in physical, the imei starts with 99. can you give me an idea how to determine the exact model or software version?thanks for the quick response sir.

You have demo phone in hand (Not for sale) and on such phone blackberry not write hardware of phone.

What you can do try one by one STL100-1 then STL100-2 like this.

i already done flashing 1,2,3,4 but still its just red blinking...do you have any other idea sir? i just really need to take it back in good condition.

Did you try with BBlink ? You got it on redlight blink ?
