Check battery ..use full charge batter

Download firmware from here http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f489.../#post10487032

Run the autoloader

connt yur mob using usb

press power button for 10 sec nd release

if yur mob detected by pc it vil start the flashing process if not hardware issue

If pc not recognized your phone that's clear hardware problem.
If its connection but loader close it self you using wrong loader.
Download loader according to phone hw,ex STL100-X,it has printed at phoen back side,while downloading loader make sure downloading same.

maybe you have dead battery, charge battery in desktop charger and try it again.

z10 Wipe tools posted by me , Just search

After Wipe try to flash & Post report !
