please! my blackberry STL100-1 was hanging, i update with Autoload-STL100-1-10.1.0.1845.exe but now it cannot make call or sms. i can i fix that issue

Update via bblink or 1st flash 10.2.x auto loader frm 1st page
Then update to latest version through mobile software updates.

i need help please...

i did try to security wipe my BB Z10 but it was stuck on 98%. its almost two nothing happen. i did pu;; the battery out then after returning the battery the seurity wipe started again. but same as before got stuck 985. then i pull the battery again but after that got bberror . com/bb10-00115

bblink reload is not working. keep on saying the there was an interruption on internet connection.

before the security wipe my os is updated already w/ latest version but just need to reset the phone coz of android app ive installed.

i want back my original os, what should i do? pls. healp me. ive' read about SIC multiwipe then autloader after that. but im not really sure how to use it and what autoloader should ive download?..
