I used this link to download official autoloader for my BBQ10(SQN100-2) and BBZ30(STA100-5)

Updating the BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha Device Software - Download for Windows - BlackBerry Developer

For Q10 - File name is 'Autoload-SQN100-2-10.3.1.997'

For Z30 File name is 'Autoload-STA100-5-10.3.1.997'

Both the phone after completion of autoloader does not bootup it only blinks RED Light on it . At the time of flashing both are fully charged .

Please help me @jamesjerss

my z10 wont boot up as it shows only blackberry after autoloader and blank then red light 1 then 6 times sequence thats all please help

why dont you try to update your devices through blackberry link to get better result?

I don't know if this is the right place for this, pls I used autoloader to bring back my fone and now my music, videos and picture folders are not showing. And its asking me to update to 10.3.2.2836. If I do, will it work, where can I download it. Pls I need ur help.

this WiFi did not skip..........

which modal u hve download correct file thn write
