first thread in blackberry section welcome to me :P

how to remove blackberry z30 bb id

first flash with Autoload-STA100-3-10.3.1.997 (after flash only red light blanking )

again flash with STA100-2.Z30.BB10_3_3.10.3.3.498 ( now phone become ok but still bb id is on )

now how to remove account guys ????????

use older version Autoloader like 10.2.1

download beta autoload firmware and flashed worked for you.

other wise use proffesional tool to remove id.

Post the logs detail or clear screenshot.
