Member: 1766567 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1,788 | The solution is to reload the software via BlackBerry Cell Phones, Smartphones & Mobile Phones from BlackBerry.com link or page, or install a filtered version of software that is a self executable file. Connect once the z10 to PC via USB and run the autoloader either the blackberry without the battery or the battery. |
