your z10 model stl100-1 or stl100-2

only auto loader to solve your problem thats mean flash the rom

Z10 stl100-2 password (10 left) can't reduced, Z10 still red blink 1...1.111, but still conect on my komputer,sorry my english bad.

Use the autoloader 10.2xxx of dev alpha i think... follow instruction and your phone back to normal factory.
