Bold 9000 cal mode stuck

Hi there, strange but true, have a bold in cal mode, querty keyboard and cannot type "a" (to complete "start") so out cal mode then flash. When the "a" key is pressed it shows "Key `o` pressed" on screen. If hold the caps key it shows "Key `U` pressed". Had search and there is some other word ATAET and different typing for azerty keyboard but nothing worked for THIS BOLD. By the way, all other keys work alright
Not a clue, have done this before like a million times, thanks for your help

if you are still having this problem then i suggest you use the MFI Multiloader, download the newest version, once you do that just launch the application and on the computer keyboard push ctrl + alt + shift + f12, a menu will slide down, you will see a button that says toggle java bit, click that and then click the reset or restart button and the phone should start up correctly
