blackberry 9520 fails to pop up mep code pls help - GSM-Forum

hi all pls i have been able to get the mep code for bb 9520 but when i type mepd and Enter the letters: mep2 it still does not show a pop up for mep code i have done security wipe still after the same problem i am sure i am typed the correct code cos i put the key board horizontally so all the letters where separated
i entered mepd it shows personlization, sim disable, network blocked , network subset disable, service provider disable,corporate disable and it tried to enter mep2 it did not show any box to enter network mep code..............pls help me

sir your network is block that's why you don't see enter MEP CODE,

FOR THIS MODEL PRESS "mepd" WHILE shift KEY IS PRESSED DOWN, THAT IS HOLD DOWN shift AND pRESS mepd
