Clone productID - GSM-Forum

I bought an unlocked Curve for a friend here from the UK, unlocked (but I think still branded).

With a Nokia I would use NSS, change the product ID and use autoupdate. What is the way of this with Blackberry?

Movistar Argentina Firmware is not on the download list at Blackberry, yet it exists because a friend has a Curve on Movistar and it is working with full internet.

ok... so I managed to get that file eventually but after running that update theres no changes to the phone as far as I can see...

perhap it detected the productID as the UK and left it unchanged...
