My Blackberry Torch 9800 won't unlock because it says MEP 0 attempts left. how do I fix this pls??? ...1

theres no free solution at the moment

Blackberry Reset Enter Network MEP code (0 left) - mail in unlocking service

this is the only solution im aware of at the moment

Only DM3 service Can Unlock. dm3.com
