Data conection refused on Blackberry? - GSM-Forum

Data conection refused ?on some of blackberry I get this error Data conection refused but I can make a call and I can receive a call.
actuellu it suppose to be a carrer name like Tmobile or Att or what ever in the carrer in the phone,But at the name of carrer i see Data conection refused.
How to solve this prob
and second question is that
how to check vendor ID on BlackBerry 8100 Coz G&H is at same button
Shift+Contr+H

I always see this error , because I doesn't part in career plan . I usually solve this error that dail the emergine call . By the way , I have a way could use the browser and MMS , but couldn't use pushmail , I use Gmail + Testa in stead of pushmail .

Sorry ,I have little English , because my motherlanguage isn't English .
