who tell you this ? all phones can be debranding ( and if you try this via ,,DONGLES FOR BLACKBERY '' dongles how i know can debrand only qualcomm but we have original tool for this ))!

U can debrange 9700 and all os 6 and 7 with lgtools

like his to change the VSM on your Blackberry 9700 cannot.
MML/MFI Loader can not be used for all blackberry MicroUSB (Gemini, Javelin, Onyx, Odin, Tour2 etc.)
