hi plz help me,

"an error has occurred while downloading software for your device.please verify your internet connection and then try again, if same problem persist"

plz help me its very urgent

try to do it manually... download the OS manually, turn off your internet conection, put the cable on BB, and turn on the desktop manager. this way. the desktop manager will mount the installed OS, not the network available one.
