Exclamation This device is unknown please use a newer version of the loader

So i've been trying to fix my phone for days now and trust me i am worn out both mentally and physically. I've tried so many option and still none is yet to work. i recently tried using a 9800 loader however i get this message:

This device is unknown please use a newer version of the loader

As i am not able to run the loader because of this, which is really frustrating. I was wonder why this is happening. Also is there a way to remove .COD files during the phone booting up process.

I recently saw a tutorial with a blinking light issue and i went as far as to disassemble my phone and try this process that involves a heat gun. However the write of the post didn't seem to speak english and also he gave no clear cut instructions as to what he did. So if anyone has any tips that they would like to share it would really be appreciated.
