How to unlock for devices locked on BlackBerry Bold 9000? Its show UNABLE. :(
I tried to use keyword but failed and appeared enter "blackberry" to continue. Only can makes outside call but couldn't access the smartphone devise. Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you

u have to disable group policy. first, update firmware up to 4.2. then use JL commander.
