Is just plug the phone into the computer and click on cellphone one and cellphone 2 then starts printing Imei plus pin if you need custom design like the original label i recommend to do it with Label Matrix

i have no idea how you`re doing that on win7?

Yes is just as i said turn on the phone plug it in click on cellphone 1 and then connect another phone and click on cellphone 2 and starts printing
