Unhappy Enter network MEP CODE 0 LEFT Error BB CURVE 8520!Please Help*

Hi. I’m New to This and I need Help Please... I recently got given a BB CURVE 8520 which was locked on T-Mobile. I had given it to be unlocked and was told that they hadn’t got the software so I tried another mobile shop where I was shown the following message "enter network MEP CODE 0 LEFT" which has lead my Mobile to be Hard locked onto The T-Mobile network. I wanted to know is their any way I could reset the counter back to 10? I have tried a Rom Booter but I got an error 10. Any Help Would Be Much Appreciated!
Thank You

We're 100% able to reset the counter on new security! We support all new models, all firmware versions and all providers / MEPs. Including those that other boxes don't support.
