sir, pls suggest suggest me how to update bb mobile ,

im goto c: programe file , comon file , Research In Motion , AppLoader & run loader . when reach to 'device application selection' then 'add' button & 'cancel' button only highlight & software stop

i dont know what is this , pls suggest correct solution
