Error connecting to jvm!plz help - GSM-Forum

Hello ,my bb bold 9700 when turned , shows an error "reload software" and keeps restarting by itself after showing the error again and again.While trying to flash it with apploader ,After reading the pin succesfully and pressing finish ..It states erasing applications ,loading system software ,waiting for device initialization , reconnecting to jvm(it takes a while),THEN app loader was unable to connect with ur device.plz reconnect ur device,enter password,if required and click retry.. plzz help

.. Is it SOFTWARE or HARDWARE problem?!! and how to solve it?! 10x in advance..

pls remoove battery and bakup battery also
then update after 3or 4 hour
try 50% chance to ok..........

I removed battery for 24 hrs and still the same! Dunno wt to do

how to solve Unable to reconnect to the device during a multi-stage load operation >> getting this error during flash your blackberry??

If you got error during flash your blackberry Unable to reconnect to the device during a multi-stage load operation you should be type START to out cal mode then you will see error 507 , after you need to update os again the blackberry to done your job.

same problem happen recently with my bold 9000. someone could help. looking for hours reading forum but seems like no solution

For the 9000 try to flash it with the original usb cable!maybe it will help

I have a cell shop! This bb is still with me hoping to find a solution for the customer
i rehot the cpu! Nd still nothing!!i think it is hardware problem!! Like cpu broken or something!!dunno

after 507 appear, try wipe 4 times with jl commander, good luck
