Error unlocking Black Berry 8900 - MFI

I have a Black Berry 8900 T-Mobile to unlock when I use the IFF, the time to push it CLAR MEP of an error.

RTAS permission to access command danied. Can't confirmation. Cannot set MEP data. Cannot load MEP file

Someone already went through this?

Não funciona o desbloqueio para esse modelo, tentei de tudo e não consegui. Qual operadora dele? posso consegui o código de desbloqueio para vc....

I got the same error message. Mine is a BB 8900 from CLARO. I think it has the new security because IMEI has "03" in the middle field.

Here is my SW Part List:
HWV-17811-006-1

Why I would like to change IMEI and PIN? It would help to unlock or actually the phone needs to be unlock prior to IMEI/PIN changes?

If you have stolen phone only. Otherwise I see no sense in changing IMEI/PIN (what is in fact illegal).

I own the code to grant it, it is T-Mobile, however attempts to insert code missing only 1, so I will not venture to enter more codes.
