flashing bb 6230 - GSM-Forum

a blackberry was brought to me today it hangs when u put in the battery i.e it powers on automatically any button u press it still hangs so i tried flashing it firstly i installed 6230 firmware i connected it to mfi after loading it says no product configuration available abort. secondly i connected to it to desktop manager v 4.7 after erasing it displays no product configuration available abort the the blackberry now displays a circled & crossed rectangular box writing 507 under pls i need help on what to do and i want to know the correct procedure of doing this cos this is my first time of flashing a blackberry

i have same problem did yo can fix it i have a 6230 dead :S
