try more then 10 time then it will be blackberry password.

Wiping................

Enter 10 time wrong code then it will be wipe after that u can chose new pass

or remove It Policy then u can disable password option

thx..it work!but now it simlock!!!this phone is my uncle give me 1,bought at UK, but my country is malaysia, isit bb 9000.

You ca do with "JL_Cmder" (search in forum) too, for do a Reset to Factory, but the simple way is to do what our friends say: enter ten times wrong password the the phone ask you to type the word B L A C K B E R R Y for do reset, all your data will be erase, not your operating system, just type and follow the instrctions in your phone screen.
