hello i have problem with 8100 and 8800

Hello!! need help about bb 8100 and 8800 battery cross sign when put battery.I already trying to flash.But its can't flash proceed.I think its hardware issue. If anyone know about this problem please help me how to recover it.

Hello!! Till i can't recover it.I think nobody having this problem.I already erase with MFI Multiloader.Its complete erase with MFI Multiloader. But when trying to re flesh its just erase and load application and then after restart battery again on start up.For that its can't be re flash. I m waiting for this solution......

try to change battery maybe battery mismatch use original battery .

load old software 4.2.x.x new one check batery type inserted

81xx series -yellow batery
88xx series - green batery
83xx series - blue batery

hi , blackberry battery cross sign its battery problem , read more

to resolve software problem you can solve by the way but you must have correct battery


Remember next time use search 1st

just check From which network phone come and use files from blackberry official support .. no matter if software say Its downrade or what ever just flash with proper files

Huh!! what you think i m not search before post?There is no good thread (solution) about this problem.Anyway i already did everything with software and every time i got one error.You instruct here

when application loder come this massage like on pic > wait for device initialize , then insert battery on blackberry , dont touch/disconnect cable

I m also trying to did it.But no luck.

Yes dear i m flash the phone with same vendor.its comes from usa t mobile and i m download from t mobile support site.

Actually the battery does not have any problem , there are 2 types of batteries for blackberry phones . c-s2 and c-s1

Yes i already change both phone battery from new phone(which one customer give me for unlock).This two phone in my hand last tow month.Bro i m trying to do everything last two month.Then i make thread.Now one things maybe rest.Both phone should be send to your shop.
