Help with the 8130 and 7230 - GSM-Forum

I have a 7230 and an 8310 that is giving some problems, the boot light is comming on but it isnt booting. i connect it via usb to the computer and it is being read when i try adding the operating system to the 8310 it goes to the part that says reading java and then i get an error, on the 7230 when it says erasing applications it says there for awhile and then theres an error can some one help me please, let me know what is wrong with the phones.
