Help- 9530 Stuck on Boot- Type"mute" then "ESC"

I have tried everything...

I used MML to erase it.. But how do I type "MUTE" on a touch screen phone stuck?

Device in cal mode
Device Type: POP-17075-006-1c
OS Version: 4.0.0.114
Type "Mute" then "Esc" the 'sleep' then menu to start JAVA
Release OS
radio is off. Type "R","O","N" to turn radio on..

SIM: in
m: More menu

help please...

press all of the four bottom buttons together remove the battrey for 20 sec and reinsert battrey you will then need to install software through dm again.

1?press "mute, esc, sleep, menu"
2?Then U will see info"pressed menu" (maybe not )on the screen,unplug your battery and then insert it again.
3?Then you will see the "error 507" on your screen ,install newest OS for yrs BB by DM.

Sleep, Esc, Mute, and Menu

Mute is on the top Right corner...

Sleep is on the Top Left corner...

Esc is the Back key next to the END(RED) key...

And finally Menu is the key with the Blackberry logo.

found the solution for cal mode press sleep, menu, mute, back all at the same time dont release the buttons til it says wiping . this is for storm and bold blackberrys

does anyone out there know how to get blackberry storm into cal mode so can connect to radiolab tool.

It too easy, first sorry my english ok?

well, only put in a bb whit usb. open MFI and un check the oprio "auto start" and "full erase", presn alt + ctrl + ****f + F12, in the hidden booton press "reset device". when the bb start show you ERROR 513 REINSTALL SOFTWARE. and done!
