i want to update firmware using desk top manager but always "usb device not recognised" battery is fully charged and usb cable is good......

its a problem with the boot area in the phone .. no solution tell today ... many posts about ... no one solve it ...

first u resold charging jack or change ur jack then connect then use application loader your problem will solve post me reply

its hardware problem....
i have BB 9000 bold having same problem just red blink.....
and when connect to usb it didn't give any response.....

i fixed these problem before by changing usp\charger connector
its works perfectly tell now
