help with blackberry 8900 - GSM-Forum

hi, i have got a blackberry, last time i used it was last month, then i went onto using another phone and forgot the password for unlocking the phone and now i cannot even get into the phone, i have important information on the phone and i have a final try before all the information is deleted off the phone can anyone tell me a way of getting all the information off the phone before it gets deleted, thanks

Unless you have your information backed up then as far as i know, there is no way to retrieve the password and all the info will be deleted if you type the wrong password more than 10 times.
