Help with blackberry torch (9800)

Hello guys,

I bought a blackberry torch off ebay 3 days ago after I got the phone I charged it up and got it working I put a orange sim card in it as that is what it is locked to I get full signal but I cant make phone calls or text it says service unavailable or something like that so I bought a unlock code and unlocked it so then I put a o2 sim card in it and same thing.

So im thinking it might be barred. I tried using Radiolabtool but I cant seem to get it to work it says the device it locked or something like that.
I need to find a solution im thinking the best solution is to change the imei I have a old non working phone (which is why I bought the blackberry) that I can use the imei of.

Please please someone help im really annoyed sorry about all the writing. If you dont get a part of it say below I will explain in more detail.
