help me remove firewall it policy from blackberry 8830 - GSM-Forum

hello brothers.i have a blackberry 8830 with firewall it policy enabled.i have tried to wipe the device but still it did not disable it.please can somebody help me with a solution

Go to comand line and type:
X:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader

When in the directory type:
loader.exe /resettofactory
