does anyone have solution for this problem? my bb can't send e mail now.. never this before... setup was normaly and cannot change.. thank you for everyone to help me on this..

i think only use that companies sim whis company marketed the package, nither u can't sent any email from that bb.

there is coupe way u can fix it ..

1. try take ur battery for 5 mins and put it back ..

if still occurs the same problem. go to ur BIS website, for example: rogers.blackberry.com ....
and log in ...

and click " service book " and click the "send service book" button
