Help Please Blackberry Expert - 9300 trackpad freezing after flash - Many Phones

Hi,

We have some blackberry 9300's that have been flashed using version 5.00 autoloader.

Now when you power the phone the trackpad is not letting you select any set up functions like delete languages etc..

Out of 100 phones say 50 are bad, if we try and update to version 6.00 using apploader it is the same.

To confirm these phones were 100% working before the flash so is not hardware problem.

Can anyone help?

Hi, is this something to do with versions of phones?

The phone powers on and gets to set up stage but the trackpad will not allow you to agree to terms etc...

its common in those models

hardware service
track pad connector service it properly surrounding area of where you put metal piece to cover the connector heat it

these is hardware not software

it happens due to centre body where your side keys volume etc. switches are on centre body either those are shot or the track pad connector
service the handset properly and flash with latest

thanks

I just removed battery for about, 10minutes. And then put it back and trackpad started working again. It stopped working after flashing OS 6
