Help! BB bold 9000 won't turn on, just flashes led code - GSM-Forum

Im hoping someone can help me.. My bold 9000 wont turn on, just gives me an error code. The red led blinks once, then pauses, and blinks 4 more times.
I've tried to recover it using loader, but the phone isnt recognized when its turned on. Anyone know how to fix this? Or have any idea what the error code means?

I think just battery empty

Try to recharg it ( not via USB , only wall charger ) Let it will charge about 2-3 hours and then it may turn on automaticaly

software problem i would say. Blinking red light and error prob 503 or 507 or something similar on screen? You need to reinstall blackberry os. Try connecting to pc without battery and comp should recognise as unknown device

Nothing comes up on the screen, its black and just has the LED flashing a code. The computer WILL NOT recognize it no matter what i try.

First - check battery . Will not be empty , it's important . Then connect to PC and run "Loader.exe" from - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader . Klick "Next" and see in connection tab "UNKKNOWN USB" , then klick next and reload software . Bold must revive . If don't then it's hardware problem ......
PS One more , try to change + and - of battery ( change places at 1-2 sec. ) once I had that problem with Bold and it help .
