Member: 786852 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 31 | I removed protect from that device few days back. But I didn't check if the version was on beta os 10.3.3.Downgrading will not hard brick the blackberry.Just red blinking light which can be corrected with the latest 10.3.3 beta autoloader or the 10.3.2.2876 autoloader for passport to revive the phone. Here is what I did 1.I just downgraded with this Q10 auto loader https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0B9TOG...xport=download which is used to bypass protect on most blackberry(except z10 stl100-1)then the only fault I found out was that the camera did not work, Model name was "Unknown". 2.Then i signed in the customer blackberry id with that Q10 Autoloader OS and turned on protect 3.I confirmed if it was really on protect on the web http://protect.blackberry.com 4.After which I performed Software update through wifi. 5.After installing the software update everything worked fine. Give it a try and post result. BR |
