[HELP] Rescue important information bb 9800 - GSM-Forum

is posible rescue information?

try with loader and dm, but not work?

have any idea or third party software for this?

Try this if is possible

1. check if ur phone is connecting whit Blackberry Descktop Manager
2.try to make a back up and save it on ur pc
3. flash ur BB whit desktop manager and add the latest version of software
4. after flash is complet and phone is booting normaly reopen again the desktop manager go on backup and restore and restore the backup u made in ur computer.

*NOTE

by makeing a backup it will save only data wich is in phone memory
