|  How do I reset my data and voice usage counter? Hi and hello to fellow Gsmforumers. any solution and quick guide to reset all kinds of BB data and voice usage? hopefully someone would help me. tqvm =) |

| Crak utility is a very good software but it require good knowledge of it. So I think you simply need to back up the device then wipe and restore some necssary things such as the addressbook,bbm contact,etc but don't restore all. If not the problem will persist. |
