a customer came to compalin that his blackberry storm just stop powering, only the red light keep blinking once a fully chaged battery is inserted. I tried to flash it, the system recognised it and drivers was successfuly installed. with APPLOADER once it get to WAITING FOR INNITIALING an error will prompt out and failed. no physicle impact for me to trace the hardware.

try wiping the phone and then try again with DM

my bb storm 9500 won't detect after plug in USB.no anyone for help?

i try to update my storm 9500 but i can't.after then blinking red led when i plague in charge and connect USB port with computer but no detect.what is the meaning red led blinking?or how to way i solved my problem.please help me.

check other full charge battory, use destop manager update firmware again. post result. if not finish firmware clean mother bord and re hot. good luck

Use BBSAK to wipe the phone

2-change display
3-check display section
like display connector,series componants
