How to fix this error "A fatal Error has occured"


Hi,
could someone please help me fix this issue???? when i try to update ANY bb or load via loader app or desktop manager, it ALWAYS stops at a point with this error

"A fatal error has occurred while updating your device's software. Please try again.

Mdodule incompatible. [J:0x00000011]


The update file "net_rim_crypto.cod" for application"Blackberry Crypto Library" is not compatible with the version of the application that is intalled on your device. Delete the application from your device, and then re-install the application. Warning: If you delete an application from your device, you also delete any device data that is associated with the application."

how do i fix this error with ALL the bbs i try to work on.

will appreciate any help.

i use three laptops, two with xp sp3 and one with windows 7 but all behaves the same when i try to update or load any bb i have.

i ALWAYS delete vendor.xml file from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader before i load any os but still get this error message.

How to fix this error "A fatal Error has occured"

Do a Hard reset= hold down the power, +/- volume buttons all together for 10 seconds, let the PB shut off and restart.
Then give everything a try and repost to let us know
