i have 9520 and 9500 need to flash and i have flash file install in my pc but it show me no software avalaible for your device plz i need help

Try directly with Loader.exe in the folder C:/Program Files/Common Files/Research in Motion/Apploader

That's the easiest way, just delete the file called vendor.xml located always within that folder.
