"The Blackberry Desktop Software does not have Blackberry Device Software for the device that you have connected to the computer. contact your wireless service provider or the system administrator" it's for a client. there's no way of telling the operator as when i turn it on, it only displays BLACKBERRY when loading and it came to me with "Reload Software: 507" message on the screen. your help is keenly needed. thanx and best wishes to all. |

Member: 731353 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 254  | Download the firmware and do not us bb desktop mgr under program file seach 'reseach in motion' locate app loader then flash ur 4n.or try free tool 'bb bsak' .connect ur bb then do factory reset.it wil wipe and reset your phone  |
