how to know blackberry vendor when error 523 - GSM-Forum

i have blackberry 9300 which has error 523, for flash this handset normally i use "Redington India" software, beacause i am from india mostly for all handset i use "Redington India" as vendor and download software file, but in this handset when i start application loader it say "blackberry desktop software dose not have blackberry device software for the device that you have connected to the computer" , but other 9300 flash successful with this software, so i think this handset is from different country or vendor, so i want to know is there any way to know the vendor of the handset which in error 523 condition.

just download Blackberry desktop manager connect the phone and fallow the steps that will solve ur problem. u don't need to have the software for that. all u need is: BLACKBERRY DESKTOP MANAGER . or try jl_cmder to wipe the phone and put again software whit BB Manager
