how to remove a security code or password of Blackberry Z10 phone.

flash the set with latest firmware and u can do using internet explorer and blackberry original website the flashing will be online for the Z10 the file size is .98GB so it will take some to make it happen but its really simple procedure

we are talking here about BB Z10

bucup up before reseting with bb desktop
1-press and hold on the power + volume up key simultaneously for 10 sec or until
the device shuts off
2-press the power key again to restart your device
