is this software problem ? hardware problem ?
if software, what's the solution ?

i hv tried 4.5.0.124, 4.5.0.81, even i hv tried to downgrade to 4.2.2.194, then i just tried 4.5.0.55 vodafone UK which i download from sticky thread here, coz based on vendor id, it is vodafone UK, but still still restart...
any clue ?

i have same problem...changed battery also .... no results phone still restarts...
someone with any suggestions?

battery is not exactly fitted in phone use high ampere battery and put some packing behind and beneath the battery it willl b ok INSH*****

i did it many tymes

battery ? i hv another bb 8310 can use normally with that battery, what do u think ?
