I got 2 bb 8520 which stuck on starup logo

I have 2 phone 8520 which stuck on starup logo i try to flah with app loder but i showing pin usn unknown so can any one tell me how to repair this phone


any solution

Do it with Apploader, if show you: "USB Pin: Unknown" don't worry about that, flash it & if the problem stills tell us to help you

ya its givng errer when parcess is going RECONNECTING JVM

Hmm, try this:

Connect your Blackberry to your computer without the battery, you will recognize it as USB PIN: Unknown.
Flashing process begins after the first part (here says deleting applications and loading system) put the battery, sometimes those phones have that problem and I tell you because I happened to connect and reconnect several to work again...

PD. Sorry for my bad english...

And tell me if fix your Blackberry

change cable or usb port may be ur problem will solved if phone have no hardwere problem

hey wats up.. i have the same problem but when i open apploader, my phone pin showing up but it wants an alx file extension.. wat to do from there???
