MFI problem: no services coverage! - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I currently have a problem rignt now:

I currently used MFI multiloader with my Telus 8830 world edition, and it worked, but the only thing is that the phone isnt able to connect to the CDMA Network! it shows Searching for CDMA and then No Services.

Can someone please advise asap !

Check to see if you have device id: 179. which means the phone appears to be on registered another network (F100) to your service provider. If so call your service provider and tell them to connect you to RIM. They can confirm your network registration. vendor id 179 is for F100 network (probably for RIM only).

Whats funny is I debranded my BB too, and have vendor ID 179 but I still get all services. I'm GSM though.
