if you search and try about software always you didnt find it

the solution for you problem its

REHOT THE POWER IC AND TRY TO LOAD SW AGAIN

TRY AND POST RESULTS I HAVE REPAIRED MANY OF THIS BB BY THIS WAY

if you have a photo of your board without shields i could mark the power ic for easy find it
