Get at least your original SIM working, then troubleshoot from there. If your original SIM will not provide you with data where you are at, you may be out of luck. The bottom line is you will not be able to use your phone until you get the BBID logged in or do a security wipe OR COMPLETE WIPE and re-enter the BBID.
