i need help 8310 flashing problem - GSM-Forum

sir customer brought bb8310 to me today and it was geting on off. and i try to flash and even erase with mif. but always get this error.

A fatal error has occurred while updating your device's software. Please try again.
Device communications error encountered. [A:0x0000000E]

and on bb screen
dsp verify failed
reset

i try with batry and without batry with loader. but always get same error. i did flash lot of bb. never get this problem i dont understand. i realy need help. thanks

there is no one to help me why expirance memeber dont answer. i have fix this bb. plz . customer want it back plz help.

open ur fone remove lcd wait 1 minute put ur lcd back n close ur fone n flash again........

today another bb8310 come with same problem. 2 year gone never get solution.
