Member: 1758799 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | Blackberry Torch 9800 Red Light I have a blackberry torch 9800 that is inoperable now because the screen is completely blank however, it shows me the red light at the top of the screen, which i think tells me power is there , but blackberry desktop manager cannot connect to it, so i can save all my media and contacts. If the phone is corrupt thats all i wanna do, however at the moment its not allowing me the opportunity to do that, is there another way i can save all my contacts and media if not through desktop manager? Hope to hear from someone soon. |
